CHICAGO, IL, AUGUST 02, 2006Classic Residence by Hyatt, a national leader in luxury senior living, will celebrate the groundbreaking of their newest upscale senior living community on Wednesday, August 23, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. This $150 million dollar development, a “Type A” Continuing Care Retirement Community, is the first of its kind in Colorado. The community is already 70% reserved with some floor plans completely reserved. The developer, Shea Homes, as well as all engineers, are based locally in Colorado. The architect is Chicago-based Solomon Coldwell Buenz. Construction is slated to start in September.
